This is a yummy gravy...
4 cups Water
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 Onion chopped
1/2 cup Flour
6 Tsp. Beef Bouillon Granules
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan... whisk continually until smooth and thick.
I use this for mashed potatoes, pot pie gravy and for Meatloaf in muffin tins.
