Arrange your food prep space with 3 bowls for the milk, cheese and cracker crumb and a glass baking dish. Add Pepper to the cracker crumb and blend. Dip each piece of chicken into the milk... then the cheese, pressing the cheese into the chicken with your fingers. Place the chicken in the cracker crumb and carefully coat with crackers. Lift chicken carefully into a glass baking dish. Sprinkle with Dried Parsley.

Cover foil and bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove the foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until chicken is crispy.

Combine Sauce ingredients and heat… before serving spoon sauce over chicken.

I like to serve this Chicken dish with Rice and Asparagus... it is certainly a crowd pleaser. Enjoy...!
