These arew Super Yummy Meatballs.....so so so good over rice, with mashed potatoes, along side Company Potatoes or in toasted hoagie buns.
Meatballs
3 lbs Ground Beef
2 Eggs lightly beaten
1 Can Evaporated Milk
2 Cups Quick Cooking Oats
1 Large Onion finely chopped
1 teaspoons Salt
2 teaspoons Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 tsp Minced Garlic
Combine all ingredients and form meatballs 1-2 inches in diameter. Place on baking sheet and bake at *325 for 30 minute. Pour the sauce over meatballs and bake another 15 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
Sauce
2 Cups Brown Sugar
1 Cup Ketchup
¼ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
Combine ingredients and bring to a boil…set aside until needed.
Makes 7 Dozen Meatballs

Peanut Butter Brownies...
My daughter in law Siara loves these....need I say more.
Brownie Mixture
1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
1 Cup of Butter
Melt in a medium sauce pan and remove from heat. Add the following ingredients in order given.
2 Cups Sugar
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Vanilla
4 Eggs
11/2 Cup Flour
Spread in a 9x9 baking pan...
Mix together the following ingredients
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/4 Cup Butter (melted)
1 Tsp Vanilla
1-2 Cups Chocolate Chips
Spoon mounds on top of brownie mixture and run a knife through the dollops to create a marbling look. Top of by sprinkling Chocolate Chips all over the top. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes. You will super love this yummy dessert....Enjoy.

This is quite possible the most scrumptious crowd pleasing recipe. It's always a hit at family BBQ's...
7 UP Turkey...
4-6 Turkey Breasts (cut into medium size pieces)
1 Cup 7 UP
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Canola Oil
1 Tsp Minced Garlic
Place all ingredients in a Ziploc bag and smush it together. Let this marinate overnight. Grill on a hot grill for 10 minutes...continually turn to avoid burning.
We also use chicken pieces. The recipe is easy to double and easy to serve a large crowd.
7 UP Turkey...
4-6 Turkey Breasts (cut into medium size pieces)
1 Cup 7 UP
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce

1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Liquid Smoke
1 lb. Bacon (cut into 1 inch pieces and browned)
Just pile all the ingredients into a baking dish and mix. Bake at 350* for about 30 minutes.
