Death by Chocolate Brownies...
This Death by Chocolate is a triple layered brownie dessert.
First Layer:
1 cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Tbl. Vanilla
2 1/2 cups Flour
1 tsp.Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips
Combine butter, sugar and eggs and cream together. Add each additional ingredient until you have a cookie dough consistency and spread in the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan.
Second Layer:
1 pkg Double Stuffed Oreos
Arrange Oreos on top of the cookie dough.
Third Layer:
1 Brownie mix recipe (box or your favorite recipe)
Pour over Oreos and spread evenly.
Cover with foil and bake at 350* for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes. This dessert will be gooey when hot but will set up as it cools.
I serve this with Vanilla ice Cream and Hot Fudge Sauce... It is to die for... Seriously...!
Creamy Crockpot Porkchops...
6 Boneless Pork Chops, 1/2 inch thick
1 Ranch Dressing Seasoning (dry packet)
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
Place pork chops, Ranch Seasoning and soup into a medium sized crock pot over high heat for 4 hours or low heat for 6 hours.
I serve this over mashed potatoes... and "Oh my Goodness"... talk about delicious. You can double or triple this recipe. It is one on my hubbies favorites. Enjoy...!

Cinnamon Roll Waffles...
I found this idea on the internet... tried it out on Emma... she loved them. It's super easy, fast and leftovers can be frozen... just pop in the toaster.
1 Can of Cinnamon Breakfast Rolls
Syrup
Separate the rolls into individual rolls and flatten. Place on hot waffle iron and push the lid down. They take about 2-3 minutes... Drizzle syrup or warmed frosting.
I also make this little waffles out of Orange Rolls and Biscuits... they are great for the grandchildren. Enjoy...!
