This is a recipe I got from a friend years ago... it is still a family favorite. We double the recipe... because it's gone before you know it.
1/2 Bag of Corn Pops (this is the large bag)
1 Cube of Butter
1/2 Cup of Sugar
1/2 Cup of Corn Syrup
1 Tbl. Lemon Jello
3 Tbl. Water
Lightly butter the bottom of a large cooking sheet. Place the corn pops on the pan... Combine the remaining ingredients in a sauce pan and cook to *soft ball stage. Pour over the corn pops and stir until evenly coated. ENJOY...
*Soft Ball Stage... bring to boil, stirring constantly. Drizzle a teaspoon of sauce in an ice cold cup of water... when the sauce holds it's shape and can be formed into a soft ball with your fingers it is ready.
