Vanilla&lt;br /&gt;2 1/2 cups Flour&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp.Baking Soda&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp. Salt&lt;br /&gt;2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Combine butter, sugar and eggs and cream together. Add each additional ingredient until you have a cookie dough consistency and spread in the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Second Layer:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 pkg Double Stuffed Oreos&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Arrange Oreos on top of the cookie dough.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Third Layer:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 Brownie mix recipe  (box or your favorite recipe)&lt;br /&gt;Pour over Oreos and spread evenly.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cover with foil and bake at 350* for 30 minutes. It's super easy, fast and leftovers can be frozen... just pop in the toaster.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 Can of Cinnamon Breakfast Rolls&lt;br /&gt;Syrup&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Separate the rolls into individual rolls and flatten.  Place on hot waffle iron and push the lid down.  They take about 2-3 minutes... Drizzle syrup or warmed frosting.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I also make this little waffles out of Orange Rolls and Biscuits... they are great for the grandchildren. We double the recipe... because it's gone before you know it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Bag of Corn Pops (this is the large bag)&lt;br /&gt;1 Cube of Butter&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Cup of Sugar&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Cup of Corn Syrup&lt;br /&gt;1 Tbl. Lemon Jello&lt;br /&gt;3 Tbl. Water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lightly butter the bottom of a large cooking sheet.  Place the corn pops on the pan... Combine the remaining ingredients in a sauce pan and cook to *soft ball stage.  Pour over the corn pops and stir until evenly coated.  ENJOY...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*Soft Ball Stage... bring to boil, stirring constantly. The grandchildren love them...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 Cup Flour&lt;br /&gt;1 Tablespoon Sugar&lt;br /&gt;2 Teaspoons Baking Powder&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Teaspoon Salt&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon&lt;br /&gt;2 Eggs, separated &lt;br /&gt;1 Cup Milk&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Cup Canned Pumpkin&lt;br /&gt;2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk the egg yolks, milk, pumpkin and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form; fold into batter.&lt;br /&gt;Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a hot greased griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes. Cook until second side is golden brown. Serve with the syrup.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This recipe has quickly become one of our favorites and a much requested breakfast pancake from the grandchildren.  I also substitute sweet potatoes for pumpkin. I have made it with or without chicken and loved it both ways.  My grandchildren love it too.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 pkg. Lasagna Noodles&lt;br /&gt;2 Chicken Breasts&lt;br /&gt;2 Bottles Alfredo Sauce&lt;br /&gt;2 Cloves Garlic&lt;br /&gt;1 Cup Fresh Steamed Spinach&lt;br /&gt;2 Cups Ricotta Cheese&lt;br /&gt;2 Eggs&lt;br /&gt;4 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese&lt;br /&gt;1 Cup Water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cook noodles until al dente.  Cut chicken into bite size pieces and grill in butter. Heat sauce with one cup water... add minced garlic. (this is where you add the chicken if desired).  Steam Spinach and cut into pieces.  Mix Ricotta Cheese with two eggs and add the spinach.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now you are ready to layer... Spread just enough sauce to cover the bottom of glass casserole dish.  Add a layer of noodles, sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, noodles, sauce, and keep layering in this order.  End your last layer with noodles, sauce and mozzarella cheese.  Bake 350* for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.  Yum... this will become a family favorite for you and your children... and grandchildren. Simply Shredded Hashbrowns&lt;br /&gt;10 Eggs&lt;br /&gt;1 4 oz Can Mild Diced Green Chilies&lt;br /&gt;1 Cup Small Curd Cottage Cheese&lt;br /&gt;1 lb. Ground Breakfast Sausage&lt;br /&gt;2-3 Cups of Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese&lt;br /&gt;2 Avocados &lt;br /&gt;2 Tomatoes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Brown the Hashbrowns and Sausage in separate skillets. Combine Eggs, Cottage Cheese and Chilies and mix until all ingredients are smooth and well combined.  Cook egg mixture in separate skillet in enough butter to coat bottom of pan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Combine these ingredients like a lasagna... First layer hashbrowns, sprinkle with shredded cheese... then layer sausage and sprinkle with cheese.  Then layer with eggs and again sprinkle with cheese.  Bake at 350* for about 20 minutes... It's so easy... and well worth the wait.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pears peeled, cored and halved &lt;br /&gt;2 Cups of Brown Sugar&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Teaspoon of Nutmeg&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Cup Orange Juice&lt;br /&gt;1 Teaspoon of Orange Rind&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Put all these ingredients in your crook pot on low.  Cook for 8-10 hours... and Voila.&lt;br /&gt;Blend the pears in the blender until smooth.  Store in refrigerator for immediate use.  You can also steam in Canning Steamer for later use. Crumbled Dry Sage&lt;br /&gt;1 Tsp. Cumin&lt;br /&gt;1 Tbl. Dry Mustard&lt;br /&gt;1 Tsp. Salt&lt;br /&gt;1 Tsp. Ground Pepper&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Combine all ingredients and mix well.  Form meatloaf into muffin size balls and place in muffin tins sprayed with vegetable spray.  Poke your finger into each meatloaf to create a well... this helps the meatloaf to cook evenly.  Bake at 350* for 45 minutes.  Remove meatloaves and place in a glass casserole dish. The children will just gobble it up!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6 Potatoes &lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 Cups Sour Cream&lt;br /&gt;1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup&lt;br /&gt;1 Cube Butter melted&lt;br /&gt;1-2 Cups Mild Cheddar Cheese shredded&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Topping...&lt;br /&gt;2 Cups Corn Flakes slightly crumbled&lt;br /&gt;2 Tbl Butter melted&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Boil potatoes whole with skins on until fork easily pierces to the middle.  Cool... peel and shred potatoes in a glass baking dish.  Fold the remaining ingredients in until well mixed.  Be careful not to over mix.  Add butter to Corn Flakes and spread on top of potatoes.  Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350*.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;These potatoes are a wonderful dish when serving a crowd. They are great as left over... if there are any left over. Dip pork chops in eggs and dredge in cracker crumbs. Fry in butter until golden brown on both sides. Place pork chops in a glass baking dish and cover with foil.  Bake 350* for 45 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you need to double this recipe.... make sure you change the butter half way through. There is no need to double the eggs, as 6 will make more than a single recipe.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I serve these Pork Chops with Company Potatoes or Baked Potatoes. Just toooo good!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 Cup Oreo Cookie crumbs&lt;br /&gt;1 Tbl. Butter melted&lt;br /&gt;3 8oz pkgs Cream Cheese&lt;br /&gt;1 Cup Sugar&lt;br /&gt;2 Tbl. Flour&lt;br /&gt;1 Tsp. Vanilla&lt;br /&gt;3 Eggs&lt;br /&gt;1 Cup Oreos coarsely broken up&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preheat oven 325*&lt;br /&gt;Mix Oreo crumbs and melted butter together and press in the bottom of a springform pan. Bake 10 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla together. Add one egg at a time.  Fold in broken Oreos...  Pour over crust and bake 65 minutes.  Loosen the rim from the side of the cheesecake.  Cool completely before removing the rim.  Chill... Worcestershire Sauce&lt;br /&gt;1 Tsp. Salt&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Tsp. Pepper&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sweet and Sour Sauce&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Cup Brown Sugar&lt;br /&gt;1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar&lt;br /&gt;1 Tsp. Prepared Mustard&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Cup Catsup&lt;br /&gt;1 Tsp. I makes alot and can be frozen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 lbs. Lean Ground Beef&lt;br /&gt;1 Cup Celery  chopped&lt;br /&gt;1 Large Onion  chopped&lt;br /&gt;1 Green Bell Pepper  chopped&lt;br /&gt;1 Tsp. Chili Powder&lt;br /&gt;3 Tsp. Prepared Mustard&lt;br /&gt;2 Cans Tomato Soup&lt;br /&gt;2/3 Cup Worcestershire Sauce&lt;br /&gt;3 Bay Leaves&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Brown ground beef with celery, onion and green pepper.  Drain well. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 2-3 hours stirring often.  Remove Bay Leaves.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is a wonderful hearty dinner... My boys love it! Cream Cheese&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Cup Water&lt;br /&gt;1 Packet Dry Good Season Italian Dressing&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Combine these ingredients in a Crock Pot and cook on high for 4 hours. Packets Chicken Stove Top Stuffing&lt;br /&gt;2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup&lt;br /&gt;2/3 Cup Sour Cream&lt;br /&gt;2/3 Cup Half and Half&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix stuffing with 3 cups of water and set aside. Arrange chicken in the bottom of a casserole dish. Mix soup, sour cream and half and half... pour over the top of chicken. Spread stuffing evenly on top of soup mixture. Spread a little butter on each slice and sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.  Heat a large non-stick skillet... turn bread butter side down and toast until golden.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I serve this with almost all pasta dishes... and some soups. Chicken should be cooked throughly. Add Fettucini Sauce, half and half and about 1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese. I use two different brands of fettucini sauce... like one with mushrooms and one with garlic.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pour Fettucini Sauce over noodles. Top with Broccoli and sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Can you believe it was that easy... Baking Soda&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Tsp. Cream of Tartar&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Tsp. Salt&lt;br /&gt;1 Cup Butter&lt;br /&gt;2 Cups Sugar&lt;br /&gt;2 Eggs&lt;br /&gt;1/4 Cup Milk&lt;br /&gt;1 Tbl. Vanilla &lt;br /&gt;1 Tsp. Almond Extract&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 Tbls. sugar&lt;br /&gt;1 Tsp. Cinnamon&lt;br /&gt;2 Tsp. Brown Sugar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sift dry ingredients and set aside. In a medium bowl, cream butter and sugar... Add eggs, milk, vanilla and almond extracts. Gradually add the dry ingredients. Cover and chill for a couple hours. Preheat oven to 375* &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In a pie dish...stir together the remaining brown sugar, white sugar and cinnamon. Roll the chilled dough into 1 inch balls, then roll the balls in the sugar mixture. Place cookies 2 inches apart on the cookie sheets. &lt;br /&gt;Bake for 9 minutes in the preheated oven, until cookies begin to brown at the edges. Remove 1/4 of this sauce.  &lt;br /&gt;In a large bowl combine chicken, 1/4 of the sauce (already removed) and Monterey Jack Cheese.&lt;br /&gt;Spoon chicken mix into flour tortillas and roll placing seam side down in a large glass baking dish. Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle Cheddar Cheese on top.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Uncover; and let the cheese bake until golden. Canola Oil&lt;br /&gt;2 TBL. Chopped Onion&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 Cups Uncooked White Rice&lt;br /&gt;2 Cups Chicken Broth&lt;br /&gt;1 Cup Chunky Salsa&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium heat. Stir in onion, and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. &lt;br /&gt;Mix rice into skillet, stirring often. When rice begins to brown, stir in chicken broth and salsa. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes, until liquid has been absorbed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is a really good rice to serve with tacos, enchiladas, and other Southwest Meals. This is a wonderful hardy soup.  The whole family will enjoy it.  I made it for Grampa and Gramma Martin and they loved it too!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 Meaty Ham Bone&lt;br /&gt;2 lbs. Navy Beans&lt;br /&gt;6-8 Cups Vegetable Broth&lt;br /&gt;1 Yellow Onion (chopped)&lt;br /&gt;3 Cups Sliced Carrots&lt;br /&gt;2 Cups Chopped Celery &lt;br /&gt;2 Tsp. Minced Garlic&lt;br /&gt;4 Tsp. Paprika&lt;br /&gt;Salt to taste&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rinse and soak Navy Beans overnight. Place vegetable broth, ham bone and beans in a large stock pan (Broth should cover the beans by about 3 inches) and bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook until beans are soft.  Remove 1/2 the beans and set aside. Add Onion, Carrots, Celery and Seasonings to soup. Continue to simmer until carrots are soft. Remove the ham bone and clean meat off the bone in small chunks. Return meat to the soup. Mash the beans you have set aside until well mashed... you may process in blender. Return mashed beans to the soup... this will thicken the soup.  Continue to simmer soup until it thickens and you are ready to serve it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I serve this soup with Homemade Breadsticks... Cinnamon&lt;br /&gt;2/3 Cup Pecan Halves&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Spread softened butter to cover a Bundt Pan.  Place pecan halves in the bottom of the pan... place frozen rolls... combine pudding, brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over rolls, pour melted butter over everything.  Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Christmas morning place in a cold oven and set heat to 350* and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. "Voila"... here it is. You don't want to stuff your turkey with this one. Just bake it and serve it as a side dish.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;11/2 Cup Butter &lt;br /&gt;2 Cups Apples  peeled and diced&lt;br /&gt;1 Cup Onion  chopped&lt;br /&gt;1 Cup Celery  chopped&lt;br /&gt;7 Cups Toasted Bread Cubes&lt;br /&gt;1 Cup Macadamia Nuts chopped&lt;br /&gt;1 Tsp. Salt&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Tsp. Nutmeg&lt;br /&gt;1/4 Tsp. Pepper&lt;br /&gt;2 Tsp. Poultry Seasoning&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Cup Chicken Stock&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Melt butter in stock pan- add apples, onion and celery and cook until soft. Add seasonings, followed by bread cubes and nuts.  Moisten with the chicken stock and place in a buttered glass baking dish. Bacon  cut in thirds&lt;br /&gt;3 Cans of Whole Water Chestnuts&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sauce&lt;br /&gt;1 Cup Catsup&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Cup Brown Sugar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wrap each chestnut with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 375 for 15 minutes... Drizzle with the sauce and return to the oven for 10 more minutes.  Try to arrange on a platter to serve your guests... It has since been the favorite... like eating dessert!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4 Cups Yams cooked and mashed &lt;br /&gt;1/2 Cup Brown Sugar&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Cup Butter melted&lt;br /&gt;2 Eggs&lt;br /&gt;1 Tsp. Vanilla&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix all ingredients together and fold into a glass casserole dish.   &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Topping&lt;br /&gt;1 Cup Brown Sugar&lt;br /&gt;1/3 Cup Flour&lt;br /&gt;1/3 Cup Butter melted&lt;br /&gt;1 Cup Pecans chopped&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix all ingredients together and sprinkle evenly on the Yams. Lemon Juice&lt;br /&gt;Strawberry Jello&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hull and cut strawberries in half. Blend enough strawberries in a blender to make 6 cups of Puree.  The last two cups should be blended until chunky.  Put all ingredients in a large pan and bring to boil.  You can add 1-3 Tbls. of the Strawberry Jello to strengthen strawberry flavor if needed. It's important to add sugar and jello as needed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have served this at many Church Youth Activities and Camps. It's great on pancakes or French Toast. You can put this in the oven and shower while it baking. Try it with syrup or powdered sugar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Cube of Butter&lt;br /&gt;3 Eggs&lt;br /&gt;3/4 Cup Milk&lt;br /&gt;3/4 Cup Flour&lt;br /&gt;You can add a sprinkle of Nutmeg or Cinnamon if desired.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Set your oven to 425`. Melt 1/2 cube of butter in a 9x13 glass baking dish. Blend Eggs, Milk and Flour in a blender.  Pour in hot baking dish... Bake for 15 minutes in the middle of the oven. We having baked two or three at a time and switched racks after 10 minutes. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My teenage boys could literally eat a whole one.  They love it best with homemade Strawberry Topping and Dessert Topping. Super yummy pancakes and very nutritious.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4 Cups Milk&lt;br /&gt;2 Cups White Flour&lt;br /&gt;2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour&lt;br /&gt;4 Eggs &lt;br /&gt;1/4 Cup Sugar&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Cup Canola Oil&lt;br /&gt;4 Tsp. Baking Powder&lt;br /&gt;2 Tsp. Baking Soda&lt;br /&gt;2 Tsp. Salt&lt;br /&gt;2 Tbl. Wheat Germ&lt;br /&gt;1 Tsp. Cinnamon&lt;br /&gt;2 Cups Sweet Potato Puree&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To make Sweet Potato Puree you just bake a few Sweet Potatoes... Scoop out the Sweet Potato and puree. Freeze in 2 Cup servings.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Simply combine all the ingredients... add more milk for thinner pancakes.  Serve with warm Homemade Syrup and a sprinkle of Cinnamon. They beat any visit through the Golden Arches!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;English Muffins&lt;br /&gt;Eggs &lt;br /&gt;Breakfast Sausage&lt;br /&gt;Mild Cheddar Cheese&lt;br /&gt;Sandi's Homemade Syrup (make the night before so it can thicken)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Make sausage into patties about three inches round and fairly thin... cook until done. Cook your eggs with the yolk broken in butter. Toast the English Muffins.&lt;br /&gt;While hot... place sausage on toasted muffin... cover with egg and then a slice of cheddar cheese... top with the other half of the muffin. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Important Part! Not these... try this yummy recipe... your children will gooble them up!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6 Eggs &lt;br /&gt;1/4 Cup Small Curd Cottage Cheese&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Cup Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Cup Milk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Whip it all together... Melt 2-3 Tbl. Butter in a skillet and pour eggs into hot butter.  Stir occasionally until done... The BIG kids love it and so do the LITTLE kids.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 Can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls&lt;br /&gt;8 Eggs Beaten&lt;br /&gt;2 Cups Simply Shredded Hashbrowns&lt;br /&gt;1 Pkg Link Sausage cut into bite size pieces and browned.&lt;br /&gt;2 Cups Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Spread Crescent Rolls on the bottom and up the sides of a large baking sheet. Evenly sprinkle the hashbrowns. Pour the eggs over the hashbrowns and tilt the pan to even out the eggs. Sprinkle the Cheese evenly and add the Sausage. Salt and Pepper if desired.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes. Apple Butter makes the best pancake topping! It makes your home smell like you have labored all day baking. Brady and Emma eat it like applesauce. YUM! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fill your Crockpot with peeled/cored/halved Jonathan Apples.&lt;br /&gt;Add: &lt;br /&gt;1 Cup Water&lt;br /&gt;4 Cups Dark Brown Sugar&lt;br /&gt;4 Tsp Cinnamon&lt;br /&gt;1 Tsp Nutmeg&lt;br /&gt;1 Tsp Cloves&lt;br /&gt;Juice and Rind of 1 Lemon&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Put the lid on and let it cook all day or all night (6-8 hours) on low. Scoop the apples into a blender and puree. If you want it thinner... just add some of the liquid to the blending process. Enjoy! &lt;br /&gt;Makes about 2 quarts.
